BLOG: Mga suliraning kinakaharap ng mga mag-aaral sa San Roque, Castilla, Sorsogon sa gitna ng pandemya. Ako si Lara May M. Millena, taga San Roque, Castilla, Sorsogon na isa lamang sa mga mag-aaral na nakararanas ng problema pagdating sa signal. Ang nasabing lugar ay walang gaanong signal. Isa ito sa pinaka pinoproblema naming mag-aaral dito sa aming lugar lalo na at online learning ang paraan ng pag-aaral ngayon na dulot ng pandemya. Hindi madali ang hirap na dinaranas namin, bawat pagpasok at pagbukas namin ng link sa google meet ay kaakibat ang pagbilad namin sa arawan at kung minsan ay inuulan pa, swerte na lamang kung malilim at medyo mahangin. Sa larawan makikita na may kubo upang kahit papaano ay may masisilungan kami sa oras na umulan o masiyadong mainit na ipinagpapasalamat namin sa barangay, ngunit hindi rin sapat upang maprotektahan kami sa malakas na ulan at init. Unique tradition: Millena

Castilla has been one of the municipality in the province of Sorsogon gaining recognition because of its own unique Festival purchasing what it has to offer to improve the locality, the UNOD Festival. It is a celebration and thanksgiving of the bounty harvest of rich agricultural resources in the municipality, and an opportunity for the farmers to display their products, which are usually root crops, a definition of “unod” term used in our locality. It has been a tradition to display the products of the farmers coming from different Barangays in the municipality in the structured booths, to showcase the cultivated richness of the land of Castilla and encourage the people to give priority to agriculture. This tradition is popularly called as “tinagba”, thanksgiving practice wherein the priests blesses the exhibited products, and the people choses the best unod to be offered during the mass. Hi everyone, so in this blog I will going to introduce myself so that y'all will know something about me. I am Lara May M. Millena, turning 19 this May 02, 2021. I am from San Roque, Castilla, Sorsogon, currently studying at Sorsogon College of Criminology Incorporated as first year college student. My father's name is Melvin N. Millena, and my mother is Elsie M. Millena and I have 2 younger siblings, Samuel and Ervin M. Millena.
